
Mitchell’s Bio
The focus of Mitchell’s practice is commercial litigation, offering comprehensive legal services to guide businesses embroiled in disputes. A native of South Florida, Mitchell obtained his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from Florida International University School of Law. During his tenure in law school, Mitchell excelled academically, earning the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, he served as the Executive Vice President of the Business Law Society and contributed actively to the Jewish Legal Society.
Before joining Stok Kon + Braverman, Mitchell honed his litigation skills at the South Florida office of a prominent national law firm where he gained valuable experience in handling complex business disputes. His pre-law school academic background includes tenure as a Dean’s Honor List recipient at the University of Central Florida where he concentrated his studies in Business Management.
Mitchell is dedicated to providing his clients with insightful and pragmatic legal counsel tailored to their specific needs, to simplifying the legal process for them to ensure their full understanding and engagement throughout the proceedings.
In his leisure time, Mitchell enjoys engaging in sports activities, frequenting the gym, exploring the vibrant landscape of South Florida, and cherishing moments with family and friends.
