Peretz’s Bio
Peretz is an associate attorney who represents businesses and individuals in matters involving general and complex litigation, real estate, and business disputes. Peretz is a conscientious attorney. His professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and creative thinking ensure that clients receive individualized attention and care for their legal needs.
Peretz graduated Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law with the distinctions of Summa Cum Laude and being ranked first in his class.
As a law school student, Peretz held the Assistant Lead Articles Editor position in Nova Law Review; was a member of the Moot Court Society; was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honors Society; received the Dean’s Professionalism Award; and participated in the Consumer Bankruptcy Clinic.
Peretz was on the Dean’s List every semester that it was awarded; and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for obtaining the highest grade in Business Entities, Civil Procedure, Legal Research and Writing II, Professional Responsibility, and Torts.
Peretz achieved the above-mentioned accolades while working full-time as a high school teacher and raising his four children, alongside his wife.
In the summer months following his second semester, Peretz was a judicial intern for the Honorable Mindy A. Mora in the United States Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Florida, where he obtained invaluable insight into bankruptcy and agency matters.
Peretz obtained his undergraduate degree in Rabbinical Studies from Yeshiva Ohr Elchanan Chabad, West Coast Talmudical Seminary. He also obtained both rabbinical and judicial ordination in Jewish law.
Peretz enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, studying Jewish texts, and problem solving.
