MOSHE'S BIO

Moshe Katz is an Associate Attorney at Stok Kon + Braverman, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation and civil disputes. Drawing on a distinguished academic record and a broad range of experience, Moshe approaches each matter with rigorous analysis, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to advancing his clients’ goals.

Before joining the firm as an Associate, Moshe served as a legal intern at the firm, supporting the litigation team by drafting motions, conducting legal research, and assisting with discovery in complex commercial matters. His experience also includes serving as a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Miami Regional Office, where he contributed to active enforcement investigations through document review, internal memorandum drafting, and participation in witness interviews.

Moshe graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University College of Law, ranking 4th in his class. Moshe entered FIU Law as a Deans Scholar, appeared on the Dean’s List every eligible semester, and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Civil Procedure, International Law, Professional Responsibility, Trademarks, and Evidence. Prior to law school, Moshe received his undergraduate degree in Talmudic Law, where he developed advanced training in textual interpretation, analytical reasoning, and legal theory—skills that continue to inform his approach to modern legal practice. He later taught Talmudic law at both high school and post-secondary levels.

Outside of his legal practice, Moshe enjoys spending time with his wife and their five
children, who are his greatest source of joy and motivation.
