ETHAN'S BIO
Ethan Lewin is an Associate Attorney at Stok Kon + Braverman. He represents clients in complex civil and commercial litigation. He draws on experience from both government service and private practice, with a background spanning securities regulation, investor protection, and complex litigation matters.
Ethan earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was awarded a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and recognized on the Dean’s List. During law school, he served as Vice President of the Jewish Comparative Law Society and as a Legal Fellow with the University of Miami’s Investor Rights Clinic, representing clients in FINRA arbitration and presenting at the 2024 SEC Investor Advocacy Summit in Washington, D.C. He also gained regulatory experience as a Legal Intern in the Division of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, working on cases involving insider trading, Ponzi schemes, and fraud.
Before joining Stok Kon + Braverman, Ethan clerked with respected Miami law firms, where he prepared pleadings, motions, and discovery in matters involving business litigation, insurance coverage, and personal injury claims. Ethan graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a degree in Finance and minors in Political Science and Prelaw, as well as a certificate in Intelligence and National Security.
Outside of his legal practice, Ethan enjoys staying active and engaged with the community. In his free time, he can often be found playing basketball and pickleball or exploring South Florida on the weekends.
